Parties!

Grace had her Halloween party today in school and this is the treat we brought! It was fun and I have to say I LOVE chocolate covered pretzels of any kind so we decided to make "ghosts!" it was really easy and fun!
I used white chocolate disks, we get them at our bulk food store. I used about 1 1/2 Cups but you could easily use a bag of white chocolate chips. I made 52 pretzels with this much chocolate.
Melt the disks in a glass bowl 25 seconds at a time stirring between times, it doesn't take long to melt white chocolate. It's much faster than milk chocolate.
Stir well. Dip 3/4 the way down the pretzel, let excess drizzle off and lay on a baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
Melt just a few Tbs. of milk chocolate chips in a small bowl, pour into a ziploc baggie and cut off a tiny end on the bag, make it tiny maybe like a toothpick size or it will come out too fast, if it's too fast put it in the freezer for a minute. Use milk chocolate to "pipe" on the eyes and mouth! VOILA! place in freezer for a few minutes and package any ole cute way you want to!!! fun times....This was Grace watching the Halloween parade in the halls after her class had already walked through the parade! She's a pirate, a girl pirate....couldn't talk her into Tinkerbell this year! lol
