PIE!


Apple Rhubarb Pie With Crumb Topper
5-6 Apples, peeled and diced
1-2 C. Rhubarb, in 1/4" chunks (depending on how tart you like it depends on how much rhubarb you want or have)
3/4 C. sugar
1 t. Cinnamon
1 Pillsbury Pie crust, roll out kind
Crumb topping: 1/2 C. sugar, 3/4 C. flour, 1/3 C. butter Cut in sugar, flour and butter to make crumb topping.
Place pie crust in pie plate, mix apples, rhubarb, sugar and cinnamon in bowl and stir, add 2 TB. flour and stir in.
Pour mixture into shell and top with crumb topping. Place pie plate on baking sheet lined with foil for spillage! Bake 1 hr. at 400* delish with vanilla ice cream!

  1. Your blog would be killer for a diet, but man do you have some yummy recipes! I am definitely going to be making that guacomole, it was sooooo delicious!
